This is such a fun place! We have taken our family here several times once for German fest and another just to hang out and let them play. The food options are amazing and have something for everyone! Such a fun little spot to just get out of the house and let the kids play.

Everything about this place LOOKS like it would be top notch but in fact it’s quite the opposite. They have all the parking blocked off for 30 min parking for delivery or DoorDash. And “private parking” which doesn’t tell us anything. If you park in a private parking spot, for customers OR residents, they will have your car towed. Even if you’re a RESIDENT. Not even a warning or ticket. They’ll Tow your car after business hours leaving you no way to get in contact with anyone. Management is a complete joke and they NEVER respond to emails or calls. The pool currently has a thick layer of slime all over the floor and side walls because they never properly clean it. Someone slipped yesterday trying to get in because the pool is so slimy. Factory caters more to trying to get people to visit and spend money on their campus rather than the people who pay ASTRONOMICAL rent prices. Avoid this place at all costs.

It's conveniently located off the Rookwood/Norwood exit and surprisingly easy to find, with plenty of free parking. There are several giant card sculptures that make great photo opportunities, along with tons of colorful murals. It's a great place to walk, stretch your legs, and find something good to eat. As a vegetarian, I was happy to see there were multiple food options to choose from. The restroom facilities have always been clean. There's also a playground and a few other outdoor activities for kids. We recently visited for Father's Day, bought a deck of cards from the playing card machine, and spent some time playing together. I've accidentally started collecting cards, so the playing card machine always makes me happy—especially the mystery packs!

Got there later than wanted so prepare to get there before 9 even though they close at 10 on a week night. Vibe is super cool. Plenty of choices at the gathering hall. And fun entertainment all around.

I really liked checking this place out! I’ve only been here once so far, but there are SO MANY THINGS to eat, try, drink, and do! There are cuisine/dietary options for everyone and every craving. There are even dessert areas! The bar is great and full of lots of options and signature cocktails. You will — without a doubt — find SOMETHING you like here! There is also an outdoor area to enjoy, as well!! Super cool place!
